Ed Herman showed a veteran's composure against Clifford Starks at UFC 143. Starks put on the pressure in round 1 and was intent on bullying Ed into defeat. But the second round showed Starks and everyone else why Herman is the real deal. After taking his opponent down, Ed passed guard, mounted, took the back, and choked him out. Textbook jiu jitsu!
